Helapuri Spinning Mills Private Limited (“Corporate Debtor”) is an unlisted private, non-government company limited by shares, incorporated on 26.12.2007 under the provisions of the Companies Act, and bearing Corporate Identity Number (CIN) U17112TG2007PTC056839. The registered office of the Corporate Debtor is situated at 1-3-183/40/22/7, Pammy’s Plaza P&T Colony Gandhinagar, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, 500080 and the Factory/Works at Sy. No. 135, 139 & 140/1, Alliveedu Village, Vijay Raj Panchayat, Pedavegi Mandal, Eluru, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh . The Corporate Debtor presently has an its authorized share capital of Rs. 13,50,00,000 (Rupees Thirteen Crore Fifty Lakh Only.) and its paid up capital of Rs. 13,25,00,000(Rupees Thirteen Crore Twenty-Five Lakh Only).The Corporate Debtor is primarily engaged in the preparation and spinning of textile Fiber including weaving of textiles (excluding khadi/handloom).

The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (“CIRP”) of the Corporate Debtor was initiated under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“IBC”) vide Order dated 19.08.2026 passed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench in C.P. (IB)/49/HYD/2026, and the intimation of the said Order was received on 21.08.2026. Pursuant to the aforesaid Order, CA. Kambhammettu Sri Vamsi, an Insolvency Professional bearing Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00664/2017-2018/11141 has been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (“IRP”) of the Corporate Debtor.
